Cancellation Terms

• • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled appointment: No fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
• • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
• • No-shows: If you fail to be present for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $25 fee will be charged, and you may be subject to a re-booking fee for future services.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule your appointment:

• • Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance
• • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may result in a $25 fee

Weather Considerations

In the event of inclement weather that prevents us from safely performing our services, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.
