Booking with Shine My Ride 757

We're a mobile, veteran-owned detailing team serving Hampton Roads and the Outer Banks. These terms keep our schedule fair for every customer.

Booking notice. Online bookings need at least 2 hours' lead time and can be made up to 120 days ahead.

Deposit and card on file. A $1 deposit at booking holds your slot and is credited toward your service. Booking online takes a card for the $1 deposit. If you'd rather not use a card, book by text or phone at (757) 689-9821 and we'll set it up for you. The balance is charged when the job is finished.

Changing or cancelling. Plans change — move or cancel for free any time up to 48 hours before your appointment. Changes made inside 48 hours carry a $40 fee, which covers the time our technician had reserved for you.

Applies to everyone, including Shine Club members.

No-shows. If we arrive and can't reach you or the vehicle within the arrival window, the appointment counts as a no-show and a $199 fee applies.

Arrival window. Traffic and earlier jobs can shift our timing, so please allow a 30–90 minute arrival window. We'll text you if we're running behind.

Access. Please make sure we can reach the vehicle (unlocked or keys available, parked where we can work around it) and that we're allowed to work at the location (HOA, apartment lot, base, marina, hangar/FBO). Remove valuables before we start. We'll walk the finished vehicle with you if you're available.

Larger or extra-dirty vehicles. If a vehicle is larger than booked or needs substantially more time, we'll tell you before continuing and any adjustment is agreed with you first.

Water and power. We plan to connect to your outdoor water and power. If you don't have them available, or ask us to bring our own, a $100 water-and-power add-on applies. If you provide a hose spigot and an outlet, there's no charge.

Texts and emails. Booking confirmations and reminders are part of your appointment. Marketing texts and marketing emails are separate, and each is opt-in only. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe.
