Can you detail at my home, office, or apartment?

Yes, where suitable space and permission are available. We confirm parking, access, and any property restrictions before your appointment.

What if I do not have water or electricity?

Most services use waterless or low-water methods. Electrical access is normally required; we can supply power at apartments and office buildings. We confirm access and any water needs before service.

How long does a detail take?

Timing depends on your selected package, vehicle size, condition, and any additional work. Review the estimate in Square; we confirm the expected schedule for your service.

How long will the detail last?

Use, parking conditions, weather, and maintenance affect how long the vehicle stays clean. Your package specifies the protection applied; coating care and warranty requirements are reviewed separately.

Which vehicle size should I choose?

The grid groups Coupe and Sedan under Small while displaying their separate prices. Medium means Mini SUV/Crossover, and Large means Large SUV/Truck. Your selection carries into your text request.

Is ceramic coating the same as wax?

No. Professional ceramic coating is a separate installation with its own preparation and aftercare. Regular detailing packages include only the protection listed for that package.

What are Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3?

These labels correspond to our Silver, Gold, and Platinum ceramic packages. The exact product, preparation, warranty terms, and maintenance requirements are confirmed before installation.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

We coordinate with you on an appropriate plan. Coating work requires suitable application and curing conditions; rescheduling or suitable covered space may be needed.

Do you detail boats, yachts, and aircraft?

Yes. Those projects are quoted individually based on size, surfaces, condition, access, and the work requested.

What are your payment and cancellation terms?

Review the terms presented during booking. Call us before scheduling if you need clarification about deposits, payment, rescheduling, or cancellation.

How does the text-booking form work?

Does selecting a package here reserve an appointment?
