Why work here
Paid training, written levels
Every job runs on a written checklist. You grow through four skill levels: Wash & Interior Tech, Detail Tech, Lead Tech and Ceramic Installer, plus Marine and Aviation endorsements. Each level has a written sign-off.
Tips are 100% yours
Tips go to the tech, paid on top of commission. The company never keeps any part of your tips.
W-2 employee, hours tracked
You're an employee, not a contractor. We track every hour and guarantee at least Virginia minimum wage for all hours worked, plus overtime as required by law.
Open roles
Lead Detailing Tech (full-time or part-time)
Our main opening. 30% of each job total.
Helper / part-time spots: Detail Technician (Level 1 entry)
25% of each job total.
What you'll do: load the van using the load-out checklist; set up safely; inspect the vehicle with the customer and take before photos; do interior and exterior work to the package checklist; run a flashlight quality check, walk the customer around the vehicle, take payment in Square, ask for a review, offer a rebook, and leave the site clean.
What we need:
- Reliability. On time, every time.
- You take coaching and treat the customer's property like your own.
- Detailing experience is a plus, not required.
- For positions that drive the company van: a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets our insurer's standards.
- Essential functions: regularly lift and carry equipment; kneel, bend, crouch and reach; stand and walk for most of the shift; work outdoors in heat, cold and humidity; use cleaning chemicals with provided PPE. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Other roles (Ceramic Installer, Marine/Aviation) are filled by promotion from within.
What we provide
- The van, chemicals, tools, towels, PPE and supplies you need to do the job.
- Uniform provided.
