System X ceramic protection
System X Phantom protects aircraft paint for 10 years under a 10-year warranty covering oxidation, loss of gloss and UV damage.
Per System X terms: applied by a System X certified installer, requires an annual service, excludes commercial aircraft, and the warranty is registered to the owner and non-transferable.

We don't perform maintenance. Any post-wash lubrication or inspection is left to your A&P, and you get a written summary of the work done.

Our aircraft detailing process
1. Inspect
We walk the aircraft with you or your FBO, note paint, decal and window condition, and agree on scope.
2. Wash
Aircraft-safe hand wash or dry wash, depending on what the ramp allows, with sensitive areas masked.
3. Correct
Where needed, machine polishing reduces oxidation and light swirls to bring back gloss.
4. Coat with System X
As a System X partner, we apply a System X ceramic coating to protected surfaces.
5. Cure
The coating is given time to set before the aircraft is washed or flown. We'll confirm cure time before your next flight.
6. Maintain
Scheduled maintenance washes keep the finish clean and help the coating perform.

Do you come to my hangar or FBO?
Yes. We detail on the ramp or in your hangar at the airports we serve, including Norfolk International (ORF), Newport News/Williamsburg (PHF), Chesapeake Regional (CPK) and Hampton Roads Executive (PVG). We follow each airport's and FBO's vendor and access rules and coordinate access before the visit.
Are your products safe for aircraft?
We choose products for aircraft paint, acrylic windows, de-ice boots and bare metal, and we follow your aircraft manufacturer's cleaning guidance. Sensitive areas are masked before washing.
Do you need water or power at the airport?
We arrive equipped for on-site service. Our dry wash cleans without water or runoff, so it works on most ramps, and a full wet wash is done only where the airport allows runoff.
How long does an aircraft detail take?
Job time varies by aircraft size and condition; we'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
How often should I have my aircraft detailed?
For a System X coated aircraft, plan on an annual service with a System X certified installer, which the System X warranty requires. Between services, we'll recommend a wash plan based on how and where you fly.
My aircraft is stored outdoors. Can you still help?
Yes. Outdoor tie-down aircraft collect salt air, bugs, exhaust residue and bird droppings. We wash on the ramp where allowed, use dry wash where it isn't, and a System X ceramic coating adds a protective layer that makes later washes easier.
Do I need to be there during the detail?
No, as long as your FBO or hangar can give us access. We coordinate the visit with you beforehand.
Is detailing safe for my paint and decals?
We test products on a small area first, mask decals, placards, static ports and sensors, and use paint-safe pads and methods. Peeling or damaged paint and decals are noted before we start so you can decide how to proceed.
